  We had placed an order for pick up, like we have many times before. Out of the many times we have done a family pack order they have always done a fantastic job and have always had everything perfect and correct. Today how ever they forgot a few items in our order. The coleslaw some dipping sauces and what not, nothing major honestly. We phoned them back and explained what was wrong, thinking we could come back and grab what was left out of the order. We spoke to the manager, believe his name was Guy, who went above and beyond to take care of what was left out. He offered to of course make us the coleslaw and stuff but he also remade our meal so they were hot and he personally delivered it to our house. 10/10 awesome staff!

  We like White Spot for breakfast, and thought we'd try this one. Came in around 8AM on a Thursday. There was only one server, and she was doing something in the back. We waited almost 5 minutes before came out and seated us. We ordered right away, as we could see she was busy. The food came a little slowly, and as always it was very good. But only one waitress in a place this size? By the time we left an hour later, someone else showed up, but there were at least 6 tables waiting for coffees, orders, or bills. I think management needs to take their customers into mind, and have two people working the floor, especially for breakfast.

  Everything you would expect from a White Spot. Fast service, good burgers and shakes, bottomless fries, friendly atmosphere.
