  Used to get every birthday cake from here but that is no longer the case. The cakes don't look like how they used to. The customer service is also terrible. After completing the purchase she just left the cake on the counter (which was on the opposite side of where we were) and didn't even bother to hand it to me.

  We have bought all our families Birthday Cakes here for the last 8 year and been happy with the service. This year the cheesecake we ordered came with no sugar in it and was rendered inedible. It also ruined the party since we had no cake. We returned the cake for a refund and were met with a super rude man who basically tried to blame us the customer for his bakery screw up. Also we only got a partial refund. Spend your money somewhere else. Any company who treats customers this way after their obvious mistake does not deserve them. I would pass on this bakery.
