Was not pleased with manager response when I told her that some of my food was missing from my order when i got home over the phone. This has happened before several times. I wouldn't have posted this but the answer I got from the manager was I will talk to my staff. The answer should have been sorry please come back and get your food. So it's ok if they short you on your food. Thats Awesome isn't it. I still love Tim Hortons but not this one anymore. Sorry.

Rude staff. Just left the drive through hungry because all they had were "cold sandwoches." No chili either because it was "expired." What a joke. Why you open 24/7?

It takes forever to get my food and they often get my order wrong or forget something.
