  The team at Central City did an excellent job during Frappuccino happy hour. The baristas were fast and efficient while also providing great customer service with a smile! I would highly recommend this location to others. My drink tasted great as well. Darren, the manager, always provides a welcoming environment every time I come by. Keep doing what you're doing Central City team!

  I just wanted to take a moment to apologize to 'Melissa' for accidentally stealing her drink. We both ordered vanilla in the same size, that's where the confusion happened. Sorry Melissa, my bad!

  It's a Coffee Shoppe in the Center of the Mall a fast paced environment where they do their very best to accommodate everyone as fast and politely as possible and the Store Manager works closely with all his staff I've been going for 3 Years and have had no Issues.

  Normally I've had very good service at this location however today I was served by a new employee named Isaak. He was very cold and unfriendly.
