  Aggressive rep who wouldn't take no for an answer for me getting a PC points card. I gave in to his badgering... fine, a points card is harmless anyway. ... A week later, a letter showed up at my house stating that my MASTER CARD application was denied. He lied and knowingly applied me for a credit card, even though he knew (after asking questions) that I'm a young college student working min. wage. He maybe he was hired by a 3rd party business, but I bet you he made commission from the application he twisted for me. What a nuisance to all the other people who may have had their "card" request approved. This happened months ago. I emailed CS, and still no reply. I encounter persistent associates in other Super stores locations too.

  It's got it all... unless I arrive after peak times when everybody is completely spent and can't restock the frozen veggies that I like. Other than that it's amazing fam

  I shop here often and there are never any staff on hand to help. If you cant find something, you end up asking the other customers around you (regulars are used to it). I once asked for help down to the underground parking -- I had my 1 yr old with me and purchased a few boxes of diapers that were on sale. They basically said no at customer service? Then a the man behind me helped me out. Also the garden centre has a great selection but no one is ever there... Are you supposed to take all the plants up one story to the cash area? ( garden center is beside underground parking) Lately the fire department has made a few calls here as the alarm keeps going off Worst superstore I've ever been to

  I have been going to this store 2 days a day for 3 years, never going again. I live right behind the Superstore with my wife and 2 kids, 11 and 9. We have been teaching our kids how to be independent and letting them walk the 4 minute walk to the store and buy drinks, or the odd thing we forgot to get. They have done this a few times over the past few months, but today they were kicked out of the store. We had a list of 4 or 5 things that they needed to buy, and they went to the self check out as usual. They needed help with the machine and the self serve attendant went over to help. She started to ask where I was, to which they stated that I was at the gym, which I was. Then she asked where their mom was and they said she is at home. Next she asked who's debit card they were using, which it was my card. She said that they aren't allow to use my debit card and proceeded to escort them out of the store. Now, for 3 years we have been going to this store, 2 times a day on some days... even 3. We HAVE to be known in that store. It is completely ridiculous to me that this lady would kick them out of the store for such a lame excuse. I have used my wife's debit card there 100's of times when I forgot mine at work or just plain couldn't find it. I have never once been asked who's card I am using. When I went to complain, I spoke with a manager who really couldn't have cared less. It was the text book display of doing the absolute less amount of effort required. I find it appalling that they would treat 2 kids this way, treat loyal and regular customers this way, and generally display such a poor attitude towards it. Clearly, this person at the self check out just didn't think that an 11 year old and a 9 year old should be out of their parents site. I will never go to this store again! UPDATE TO THIS - Their Assistant Manager Allison fixed everything. She rocks. Make her Manager.

  It's a great supermarket. The only one I prefer to shop at. Big and has everything you need. The prices are affordable. Their own brands like No Name and President's Choice are cheap and have good quality. I enjoy every visit.
