  Love the Customer Service here!!!! FANTASTIC STAFF and a comfortable place to shop! Very helpful and always happy to shop at potters! They have a wonderful selection of plants at very very good prices! The layout of this store is very approachable and shop-able, very clean and tidy. Cashiers were informative, friendly and provided great customer service! I always shop at potters and always will !

  The worst customer service...ever. Had an issue with a sick plant, I was told to take it back where I got it from. THAT'S IT. No input about what the problem may be....just take it back. Thank-you for nothing...... won't come back to you again.

  Just make sure if you visit this store that you dont have plants in your vehicle from another nursery or else the manager will accuse you of stealing the plants from his nursury. This is what happen to me .I had my receipts. He did apologize but I am never going there again.
