  Super staff, do watch charges, but this is definitely an exception to the local Newton shopping experience & for being an island of relative normalcy in a sea of anomie, 5 stars are deserved. Some manager deserves a bonus - staff too; y'all earned that bump like a mf!

  We order 2 p'zones from here and they are delicious, they did make a small mistake and sent the wrong one. But when I called and told them they sent the right one free of charge and it was beautifully done compared to the others. Thank you,

  Ugh. About half the time, the orders are made incorrectly. Most recently, I ordered a combo online from here, and needed to make a small change to my order. I called them 30 seconds after placing the order and was told by the lady on the phone that the order "was already in the oven", and "to call back sooner" the next time if I want to make a change - they did make the change, but didn't sound happy about it. Avoid the pastas, especially the Mediterranean Pollo - it's horrible. Lastly, be aware - they can get backlogged some nights and you'll be waiting a while for your food.

  Amazing! Staff members at this location, very helpful and great customer service. Couple weeks ago we ordered 250, 8 inches pizzas and Pizzas was delivered within 2-3 hours to us, which was impossible but Mona , Kulwant and their staff members , made it possible. It was lunch for kids for kids and Thank God and thanks to these great staff members who worked so hard. I salute to all of you for your great job. God Bless you all and thank you very much to all of you.
