  Okay McDonald's Corporate. If you want to ignore me then I will announce it. Something needs to be done about this location. I think they fixed the A/C issue in the play area now so that is good. But the constant disaster that is this store, is ridiculous. The included pictures are from a few months ago. But that changes nothing. 3 of the self order kiosks are broken. 2 are blacked out, 1 is flashing all kinds of colors. I Just went to this location again today and, right off the bat, all the garbage cans are full, not overflowing, but on the cusp. Then there was ketchup all over several of the tables in the play area. I grabbed a "clean" child seat from the storage area and it was covered in pop or juice (dried). After waiting 12 minutes for my order, (and yes the self order kiosk printer was down AGAIN) I went back to the table to find it had just been cleaned by a staff member. Who said some teens had been removed from the child's play area and sprayed ketchup on the tables. So they knew there was a mess, and it took a minimum of 10 minutes to send some to clean it, okay.... And upon us finishing, the garbage cans are now overflowing in 2 of the 3 spots. And i am left with no choice but to overflow the 3rd one. Its just ridiculous that 1 single store cannot meet the same cleanliness or sanitary levels that I seem to have no problem getting from every other location.

  This branch, while decent most of the time, really struggles during peak hours. The orders take way too long (30-40min wait) and the queueing system is flawed (order numbers would disappear on screen when the backlog takes too long). Drive-thru is fast, but if you're in a hurry, I wouldn't dine-in

  Awful. We ordered two coffees and two iced Fraps and waited fifteen minutes. While we were waiting a man came in from the drive through. He said he was in line for fifteen minutes and was told to park. After another fifteen minutes he finally came in to find out where his order was. The napkins were completely empty. The lids were completely empty. I feel bad for the staff because dealing with upset customers takes it's toll. This restaurant needs a complete reassessment.
