  We have had family brunches here for about 8 years. Yesterday, Mothers Day, was the first time since the recent reno and we were appalled! HUGE price increase, cattle call food line up, much poorer food and selection (no bread of any kind, and when I asked, received a basket of stale buns), AND compulsory 15% gratuity.   Very rude!!! Worst sevice ever experienced!! I acctually got kicked out because our group try to have little meeting after the meal. But We did ask waitresses if we could rearrange the seatings and have a meeting, they said yes. we often DO that kind of meetings there. All the sudden, one of the manager walk up to us and said it's against the policy. And he kicked us out of the restaurant with unplasent voice. Please train your staff before you yell at the customers!!! Please show me the policy as well!!! I still have bitter feelings and mad how we got treated that way.

  I would be rating this 1 star or even less if I could but our night bartender on Sunday July 3rd's amazing experience around 10pm brought it back to 2 stars. The reason it's 1 is because of our bartender/server during the day on July 3rd around 3-4pm was the worst customer service I've ever received in a restaurant. As guests in the hotel, we are there for the hospitality of the Sheraton and I can say I've never been insulted by a server before. She seemed very grumpy and upset that myself and a party of 6 came into the restaurant. So I asked if she was okay. And she said " no.. no I'm not okay" . So I asked if she was just grumpy or if something was wrong. And thenow followed by rudely insulting me, and followed by I'm not serving you. So we proceeded to leave the restaurant promptly. We stay at this hotel every year at the same time with around 15 other people. The staff is usually okay, somewhat friendly and a little slower but nothing to complain about, we usually love the experience and recommend this to others. Next year we will be looking at other hotels.
