  Seem to have a very difficult time making anything other than a pre-made black coffee. The consistency here absolutely astounds me. One day they are spot on the next its absolute wrong. Please retrain your staff so I can get what I ordered all the time not just 10%. In 2 pm March 26th.

  stopped in today after a long walk with my dog. Cell phone was dead so asked if I could borrow a phone to call my wife to join me at this establishment for a coffee and lunch for myself. Girl at till informed me the only phone they had was in the back and customers were not allowed back. I then asked her if she could call my wife and pass on a message for her to join me at their establishment she replied sorry, all i can suggest is going down stairs and asking if you can borrow their phone. Well instead I walked another 30 minutes to home followed by coffee with my wife at Starbucks. Thanks for teaching your staff great customer service. I would have expected more from a business that isn't exactly thriving..
