I love my neighborhood Blenz

Dec. 8 was BCAA members day at Blenz Coffee. 1 free regular sized hot chocolate or coffee per member. I stood in line and watched the female manager treat a BCAA member with little courtesy or manners as she asked for her free coffee. I was next. I ordered 2 beverages. She got the order wrong and made both beverages the same size. I asked for 1 medium size and 1 regular. She was so rude to me and basically blamed me for the error while asking for 40 extra cents to pay for the mistake. I smiled, paid it and left. I will never go to this Blenz location again as long as she's the manager.
