great tasting water

have no idea how they manage the delivery schedule. On the phone the man said the delivery guy will be around the office at 12:00. I waited till 1:30 and made a phone call to them asking why there is no one showing up. This time it is a lady picked up and saying the delivery will be here within an hour. Sure, i still got some time. Waited till 2:45, no one shows up, i made another phone call to ask where is the delivery guy. The customer service asked my number and said would give me a call back. yet now is 4:10, No delivery shows up, No phone calls.
