  This A&W and the one at King George and 73rd (roughly) in Surrey are owned by the same person, and the staff at both are awesome. Customer service is just unbelievably good, and they're all SO nice! (and awesome food, of course!)

  It's not often that a fast food joint transcends your expectations in almost every aspect of a dining, no, culinary experience. Service was exceptional and definitely made you forget you're not at a traditional sit down restaurant. I decided on a teen burger and onion rings because I'm frugal, okay, cheap and it was excellently priced with the coupon. The food was delivered to my table and totally smashed my predisposed notion towards fast food. The burger patty was exceptionally fresh and perfectly cooked along with fresh crisp lettuce paired with succulent bacon. The onion rings tasted fresh out of the fryer and were an immaculate side kick to my hero teen burger. In closing, I hope all fast food chains take note and we can really rebrand "fast food". I would not hesitate to come back again and give my recommendations to friends and family. Long live a new era of fast food, knife and fork need not apply.

  What service! I went in during lunch hour and it was a warm day. I was greeted by having the door being opened for me by a friendly staff member. There was a bit of a line but again it was lunch time. A very nice lady offered me a glass of water in a cold frosty mug, wow that was unheard of, got up front, ordered a delicious burger, then I was offered the remaining cold water poured into a to go cup. That kind of service just doesn't happen anymore unless you are in a high end restaurant and they only do it for a good tip. Thank you A & W on 72nd, you are outstanding! And have great food!

  Excellent service! Staff is eager and friendly. Staff opened doors, delivered food and checked if we needed refills or condiments. Very clean and flowers are a nice touch! And lollipops and mints in the end! Keep up the good work !

  One of the best A&W restaurants! Each time we have come to this location, we have been warmly greeted by the employees.When you are seated and enjoying your meal they come and make sure that your drinks are filled and if you need anything else. If you have breakfast (all day now) you get actual plates, cutlery and mugs. They later bring a tray around filled with various little treats and such. (hand wipes, mints, lollipops, etc..) When you leave, the door is held open and wished a great day!
